Cancellation Policy

* Payments can be settled via Bank Deposit (Heng Sang Bank: 244 354585 883), Payme or FPS (62993930). * Payment is due upon receipt. * Payment is non refundable. * In the event that you should have to postpone/reschedule your booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a minimum of 2 days notice is required. The rescheduled date needs to be within 30 days from the original scheduled date. There will be no refund for any booking that has not been rescheduled. * Scheduled session will be cancelled In case of Typhoon Signal no. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rain Warning is issued. You will receive a session credit and be given the opportunity to reschedule your session within a 30 day period.
